Frequently Asked Questions

What types of trailers do you offer for rent?

We offer a variety of trailers, including enclosed cargo trailers, utility trailers, equipment trailers, and dump trailers. Our inventory is designed to accommodate a wide range of hauling needs, from moving and storage to transporting heavy equipment or landscape materials.

What do I need to rent a trailer?

To rent a trailer, you’ll need a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a vehicle equipped with the appropriate towing capacity and hitch requirements. A deposit is also required.

Do you provide the necessary hitch and towing equipment?

We recommend that customers bring their own hitch and towing equipment to ensure proper compatibility. However, we do have a selection of hitches, ball mounts, and other towing accessories available for purchase if needed.

How long can I rent a trailer for?

Our rental periods are flexible, with options for daily, weekly, and long-term rentals. If you need an extended rental period, please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

Are there any mileage limits on trailer rentals?

No, our trailers do not have mileage restrictions. However, they must remain within the continental United States.

Do I need insurance to rent a trailer?

Yes, customers are responsible for ensuring that their auto insurance covers trailer rentals. If your policy does not provide coverage, you will need to secure trailer rental insurance – contact MBA Insurance to receive a free quote: https://mbainsurance.net/utility-trailer-rental-insurance.php

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?

Yes, we understand that plans can change. We offer flexible cancellation and rescheduling policies, but we recommend notifying us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within one week of the reservation will forfeit half the cost of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time automatically forfeits any rental fees already paid.

What happens if the trailer gets damaged during my rental?

If the trailer is damaged while in your possession, you will be responsible for repair costs. We encourage all renters to inspect the trailer before and after use to ensure any pre-existing damage is documented.

Can I rent a trailer for one-way trips?

At this time, all trailer rentals must be returned to the same location where they were picked up.

How do I reserve a trailer?

You can reserve a trailer by calling us directly or visiting our website to check availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak rental seasons, to ensure you get the trailer you need.
